Nice Shoes but Inconsistent Sizing

The sandals itself was nice and looks good. The delivery was also secured. But the sizing is every inconsistent especially that I just came from their store few days prior and made sure of my size and double checked it in the size chart. Still the size was large for my feet. When I asked to have it replaced, the CS though responsive was not helpful on my predicament as 1- I wanted the exchange to be in the store. The CS informed me that the inventory of the store will be used and the shoes was no longer available there. when I said that I was willing to go to their main warehouse - I was informed that the size was no longer available. Which is peculiar because I just saw its availability. Anyway, I didn't want to hassle myself so I accepted that I shall be wearing a pair of sandals bigger than my size. This may also be a lesson to think twice before buying in this store online.
