Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
- COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Electronic Bank Transfers and/or OTC (Over the Counter)
- Credit card and debit card payments via Paypal and Paymongo
- Gcash and Grab Pay via Paymongo
*Orders worth 10,000 php and above should be paid via non-COD to secure the transaction.
How do I make a bank deposit?
You may deposit to any of the following banks:

How do I transfer my payment via Palawan and Cebuana Lhuillier?
Cebuana
1. Visit any Cebuana branch.
2. Inform the staff that you will send money to a bank account.
3. Provide the following information:
Bank Name: Metrobank
Account Name: CMG RETAIL INC.
Account Number: 631-7-63106432-5
Address: Taipan Building, Emerald Ave., Pasig, 1600 Metro Manila
Account Type: Savings
4. Pay your order amount plus an additional P100 service fee.
Palawan
1. Visit any Palawan Express branch.
2. Ask for a ‘Padala to Bank Account Form’ via SECURITY BANK SYSTEM.
3. Enter the following information:
Bank Name: Metrobank (not Security Bank)
Account Name: CMG RETAIL INC.
Account Number: 631-7-63106432-5
Address: Taipan Building, Emerald Ave., Pasig, 1600 Metro Manila
Account Type: Savings
4. Pay your order amount plus an additional P100 service fee required by Palawan.
Once you've made the deposit via Pera Padala please send us an image of the transaction slip to hello@cmg.com.ph or through our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/cmgph.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Shipping is free for orders of P995 and above. Below P995, we offer an affordable flat-rate shipping fee of P100.
*Shipping fee application varies on the total amount after discount.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

Business days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
*Outside delivery zone locations can take an additional 2 days for delivery.
How do I track an order?
Once your item/s have been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can visit our order tracker page to see the status of your delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@cmg.com.ph (Monday to Sunday: 7am-4pm, including holidays) or message us on our Facebook page (CMG Philippines).
Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours.
What if I am not home to receive my items?
The courier will attempt to deliver your items a maximum of 3 times. After the 3rd attempt, the items will be returned to us. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release your items to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

Valid ID of authorized recipient

Valid ID of customer who placed the order

Signed authorization letter
These are only required for prepaid orders. If you chose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we will release your order as long as the entire collection amount is provided.
What if I don't have cash to pay upon delivery?
You can inform the courier to come back within 7 days of the first attempt. The courier will only give you your items once you have the cash available. After this 7-day holding window, your items will be returned to us.
What countries do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?
Our shipping rates only apply to orders within the Philippines:
No, we don't ship internationally as of to date.
Return and Exchange
What is your return and exchange policy?
How do I return or exchange my order?
How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been returned. Return processing will proceed once you send to us a copy of waybill from third party courier of the return item.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method; however, we can convert the full amount in the form of voucher codes that you may use for future CMG purchases.
Using the Online Shop
I can't find the style I want in your online shop. Can I still order it?
If there's a style you're looking for that you don't see in our online shop, please send us a message at hello@cmg.com.ph with the style name or a photo of it. We'll do our best to find your item and deliver it to you!
