I initially received a defective one, and am fascinated with there quick response and actions after I filed a complaint. And finally got a replacement perfectly fine. It was worth the wait. Customer service is excellent from Jewel. I am just hoping that all items are able to pass through quality check prior shipping to avoid further hassle. Customer preferred to order online as they don’t have time to go to branches or malls, so hoping you can do better on that.
